Casey has been a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor for four years. Having worked inside and outside of gyms, in clients' homes, corporate offices- while putting in 10-12+ hours workdays, Casey understands how hard it can be to make fitness a top priority with leading a fast-paced lifestyle; especially when traveling!

With a lot of trial & error, hard-work, and determination- Casey has bridged the gap between leading a busy lifestyle and achieving your fitness goals- and all with a positive mindset to achieve ultimate body goals!

She now has helped hundreds of clients who work busy jobs and lead fast-paced lifestyles not only get in shape and achieve faster results, but she truly has a passion for helping busy people make fitness an enjoyable, yet sustainable, part of their lives no matter what life throws at them!

How is this course set up?
You have the option of choosing a 4, 5, or 6 day workout split each week! All the workouts can be completed within 30-45 minutes!) A follow-along style guide (for the gym or home) + nutritional guideline are included to help you get into the best shape of your life! You will learn how to ditch diets for good, how to focus on loving your body, and making progress while you conquer these 8-weeks to help you truly make fitness a healthy and enjoyable part of your busy lifestyle! Do I need a gym membership to complete this course?
Nope! I got you covered, girlfriend! There will be gym AND home versions for this course! You'll be able to workout in your pajamas right in your own living room if you would like! :) All that's required is a set of dumbbells, *optional: Booty Band & stability ball
